Regular Priced Merchandise:

We will gladly provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on regular priced merchandise presented with tags in place and original receipt. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and suitable for resale. Refunds will be in original method of payment. A credit note will be issued for returned merchandise after 14 days up until 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and duty charges will not be refunded.

All sale items and accessories such as earrings, hosiery, purses, shoes and insoles are considered a final sale and are not eligible for a refund, an exchange, or a credit note.

We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective.  If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged item will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery.  If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 5 days from the date you receive your order.  Any damage claims made after 14 days will not be accepted. 

Refunds are processed when merchandise is received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only.

For merchandise presented without a receipt, we will exchange or issue a credit note for the current retail price.

Prior to sending items back, please call us at 604-709-3485 or email us at studio@blushingdesigns.com within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to indicate the reasons for the return/exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
