Boutique : Returns & Exchanges
 
We offer in store credit or exchange on regularly priced (non sale)  items purchased in store. We will accept merchandise up to 14 days from purchase date, presented with tags in place and original receipt. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and suitable for resale. We do not offer refunds, but store credit or exchange only.
 
Items purchased on sale, accessories, custom orders and altered merchandise is final sale.
 
Online : Returns & Exchanges

For Online Purchases, we provide a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on regular priced merchandise presented with tags in place and original receipt. Merchandise must be tagged, unwashed, unworn and suitable for resale. Refunds will be in original method of payment.  Shipping and duty charges will not be refunded.

If you received an incorrect item or the item received was damaged, we will ship out an exchanged item at no cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery.  If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 5 days from the date you receive your order.  Any damage claims made after 14 days will not be accepted. 
 

Refunds are processed when merchandise is received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only.

Prior to sending items back, please call us at 604-709-3485 or email us at studio@blushingdesigns.com within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to indicate the reasons for the return/exchange.
